　　1. Project Overview

　　The S211 Qiantang Section (from Jiangdong Avenue to Hongshi Line) highway project has its starting point at Jiangdong Avenue, with a chainage of K6+520, and its ending point on the south side of the intersection with Hongshi Line, at a chainage of K13+190.833 (the boundary between Qiantang District and Xiaoshan District), for a total length of 6.671 km. The project adopts first-class highway standards while also meeting urban road specifications: the main roadway is six lanes in each direction, and the at-grade roads are likewise six lanes in each direction, with an at-grade road standard width of 35 meters. The design speed for the main roadway is 80 km/h, and for the at-grade roads it is 60 km/h. Along the route, one interchange is provided, along with three pairs of entry/exit ramps. The estimated total investment for the project is approximately RMB 5.069 billion, of which RMB 3.338 billion is allocated to construction and installation works.

　　The construction scope of our work section begins at chainage K8+250 and ends at the south side of the intersection with Red Line 15, at chainage K8+882, with a total length of 632 meters.
