Project Name: EPC General Contracting Project for the Relocation Housing and Supporting Kindergarten in Fenglou Village, Xinwan Subdistrict.

　　Construction Site: Central area of Qiantang High-Speed Rail New City, Xinwan Subdistrict, Qiantang District, Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province, east of the high-speed rail station.

　　Gross Floor Area: The total gross floor area is approximately 246,400 m². Of this, the resettlement site will accommodate resettlement housing and ancillary facilities, an underground parking garage, and equipment rooms (including the underground floor area of the kindergarten), with a total gross floor area of about 237,537 m²; building height is limited to 80 m, and the plot ratio is 2.7. The kindergarten site will house a 12-class kindergarten with a above-ground floor area of approximately 6,563 m², a building height limit of 20 m, and a plot ratio of 1.0.

　　Construction Scale: The above-ground portion of this project comprises a total of 18 individual buildings, including Buildings 1–13 as high-rise residential units, Buildings 14–17 as single- or multi-story ancillary facilities, and Building 18 as a four-story kindergarten. The site is provided with two basement levels, with some areas featuring a single basement level; the basement sections are equipped with civil defense facilities. The heights of the high-rise buildings are 79.3 meters, those of the multi-story buildings are 4.8 meters, and that of the kindergarten is 16.1 meters.
