    Land area: 64,748.00 m², with a footprint of 93,109 m².

    Total floor area The total gross floor area is 252,288.60 m², comprising the following: Plot DJD0508-15 has a land area of 52,462.00 m² and a total gross floor area of 234,535.60 m², with 87,642.00 m² underground; Plot DJD0508-23 has a land area of 6,318.00 m² and a total gross floor area of 8,845.00 m², with 2,527.00 m² underground; Plot DJD0508-18 has a land area of 5,968.00 m² and a total gross floor area of 8,908.00 m², with 2,940.00 m² underground. The development primarily consists of 13 high-rise residential buildings ranging from 25 to 26 stories, one two-story property management building, one four-story community center, one kindergarten spanning three to four floors, and five multi-story ancillary facilities, with one to two basement levels throughout the site.

    Structural Situation A pile foundation is proposed, with a frame structural system, and the design maximum single-column load is 10,000 kN. The site elevation datum (±0.00) is set at 6.70–6.90 m relative to the National Elevation Datum of 1985.

    Scope of Project Contracting The scope of work primarily includes project design, procurement, construction, and other related activities, extending through to successful acceptance inspection and completion filing, as well as the comprehensive handover of the project and the remediation of defects and warranty services during the warranty period. The contractor shall also undertake all relevant coordination, approval, and filing procedures associated with this project, thereby meeting the “turnkey” project delivery standards.

The entire project must pass the initial acceptance inspection on the first attempt to ensure it is awarded the West Lake Cup (Quality Structural Award).

    Safety Eliminate liability accidents resulting in serious injuries or above in production safety; eliminate liability accidents causing property losses with direct economic losses exceeding RMB 300,000; keep the incidence of minor injury accidents in production safety within 3‰. Achieve a 100% compliance rate for project safety production standards and a pass rate of over 75% for excellent performance.

    Construction period The total project duration is 1,010 calendar days, comprising a design period of 60 calendar days and a construction period of 980 calendar days.
