The Linjiang Industrial Neighborhood Center project is located on the east side of the Linjiang Educated Youth Culture Park and the north side of Weiwu Fifth Road. The total investment amounts to approximately RMB 1120 million, comprising land costs of RMB 37.28 million, construction and installation costs of RMB 788.888 million, and a unit construction cost of RMB 4,540 per square meter (including RMB 200 per square meter for soft furnishings and RMB 700–800 per square meter for fully fitted interiors). The project covers a total land area of about 71.4 mu and has a total floor area of approximately 190,000 square meters. It will comprise six 19-story dormitory buildings, two 17-story dormitory buildings, one three-story ancillary public building, and an accompanying podium building, with one basement level. The development will provide a total of 3,016 housing units, including 560 family units and 2,456 double-occupancy dormitory units, which will essentially meet the accommodation needs of employees within the chemical industrial park. The apartment layouts are designed to premium dormitory standards, catering to the diverse housing requirements of various tenant groups, such as families, single employees, and corporate management.
