Zhejiang Mingjing Holding Group Co., Ltd., founded in 2005, is a diversified, comprehensive enterprise integrating construction engineering, municipal engineering, residential decoration engineering, landscape engineering, foundation and groundwork engineering, waterproofing engineering, construction equipment rental, real estate development, new building materials, materials supply, trade, and chemical manufacturing. The company holds Grade-I general contracting qualifications for construction projects, Grade-I specialized contracting qualifications for foundation and groundwork engineering, Grade-II general contracting qualifications for municipal public works projects, Grade-II specialized contracting qualifications for architectural curtain wall engineering, and Grade-II specialized contracting qualifications for architectural decoration and finishing engineering.
The Group’s headquarters is located at No. 18 Yiqian East Street, Yipeng Subdistrict, on the south bank of the Qiantang River. Currently, the company has more than 200 professional and technical personnel as well as mid- to senior-level professionals, with a total workforce of over 2,600.

The company has obtained certifications for its Quality Management System, Environmental Management System, and Occupational Health and Safety Management System. Since 2007, it has been consecutively recognized as an AA- and AAA-rated credit enterprise for fourteen years. Starting in July 2008, it has been continuously rated as an AA-level unit under Zhejiang Province’s Administration for Industry and Commerce initiative for “Honoring Contracts and Valuing Credit,” and since September 2016, it has been continuously rated as an AAA-level unit under the same initiative. In December 2009, it was awarded Tax Credit Rating Level A; in 2011 and 2012, it was recognized as a Leading Growth Enterprise in Yipeng Subdistrict, Xiaoshan District; in 2013, it was named among the Top Twenty Enterprises in Yipeng Subdistrict, Xiaoshan District; from 2014 to 2020, it was consecutively honored as a Strong Construction Enterprise in Yipeng Subdistrict, Xiaoshan District for seven consecutive years; in February 2019, it was commended by the Trade Union Federation of the Hangzhou Dajiangdong Industrial Cluster Zone as an “Advanced Collective in Trade Union Work for 2018”; in April 2020, it was recognized by the Construction Bureau of the Hangzhou Qiantang New Area as an “Advanced Unit in Work Safety for Construction Projects in the Hangzhou Qiantang New Area for 2019”; and in February 2021, it was awarded the title of “Strongest Fortress” Party Organization by the Committee for New Economy and New Social Organizations of the CPC Hangzhou Qiantang New Area Working Committee. The Xiaoshan Shunfa Jiajing Tiancheng project, in which the company participated, was designated as a municipal-level demonstration construction site in Hangzhou; the Wanbo Garden project (Phases I and II) in Shanghai’s Changning District, in which the company took part, received the Magnolia Award and was recognized as a Shanghai demonstration construction site; the Wenjingyuan project in Shanghai’s Songjiang District, also involving the company, was awarded the Magnolia Award for Residential Communities; the Wanbo Jiayuan project in Shanghai’s Minhang District, likewise with the company’s involvement, received the Magnolia Award; the Gubei International Flower Garden project in Shanghai, in which the company participated, was awarded the Magnolia Award and designated as a Shanghai Model Construction Site; the Shanghai Waste Transfer Station project, in which the company took part, won the Magnolia Award, was recognized as a Shanghai Model Construction Site, and was designated as a Changning District demonstration construction site; the Shunfa Di Xiang project, undertaken by the company, was awarded the Hangzhou Green Model Construction Site designation, while the first and second sections of the Jiangdong Mansion project were recognized as Hangzhou Model Construction Sites; the Xiaoshan Science and Technology Innovation Center project, in which the company participated, received the Zhejiang Provincial Model Construction Site award, the Qianjiang Cup, and the East China Regional Award for Excellent Structural Quality; the resettlement housing project for the urban village renovation in Hepingqiao Village, also involving the company, was awarded the Xiaoshan District Excellent Structural Quality Award and the Hangzhou Model Construction Site designation; the relocation and reconstruction project of the hospital in the Xiaoshan Economic and Technological Development Zone, in which the company participated, received the Hangzhou Excellent Structural Quality Award and the Hangzhou Model Construction Site designation; the polymerization workshop No. 2 and packaging workshop No. 2 of the project to produce 160,000 tons per year of new nylon chips and 10,000 tons of differentiated polyamide fibers, undertaken by the company, were recognized as Hangzhou Model Construction Sites; and the newly built junior high school on Tonghui South Road in Xiaoshan District, in which the company participated, was awarded the Xiaoshan District Excellent Structural Quality Award and the Hangzhou West Lake Cup for Excellent Structural Quality.
