Project Address This parcel is located in Hezhuang Subdistrict, Qiantang District, Hangzhou City, on the southwest side of Jianghai City. It is bounded by Hezhuang Avenue to the west, Tangxin Road to the south, and planned roads to the north and east.

Total floor area The total building area is 172,043.73 square meters, with 19,908.45 square meters underground and 152,135.28 square meters above ground.

Structural Situation A pile foundation is proposed, with a frame structural system, and the design maximum single-column load is 4,000 kN. The site elevation at the design datum of ±0.00 corresponds to an elevation of 5.35–6.10 m relative to the National Elevation Datum of 1985.

Scope of Project Contracting This scope includes, but is not limited to, architectural works (excluding fit-out), structural engineering, excavation support, outdoor ancillary works, landscape engineering, floodlighting, signage and wayfinding systems, sponge city development, energy-saving projects, green building initiatives, water supply and drainage, HVAC, electrical systems, civil defense facilities, fire protection, low-voltage intelligent systems (both indoor and outdoor), integrated outdoor utility pipelines, seismic bracing, elevators, curtain walls, and all related necessary testing—covering all aspects of the project. Management Objective: Quality

Design Quality Standards: Meets the qualification requirements stipulated in the current national standards for engineering design quality assessment.

Construction Quality Standards: Meet the qualified requirements stipulated in the current national codes and standards for construction project acceptance. Ensure that the project is awarded the West Lake Cup (Structural Quality Award).

Safety: Eliminate liability accidents resulting in serious injury or above in the workplace; eliminate liability accidents causing property losses with direct economic losses exceeding RMB 300,000; keep the incidence of minor injury accidents in production to no more than 3 per thousand. Achieve a 100% compliance rate for project safety production standards and an excellent/good rating of at least 75%.

Construction period The total construction period is 720 calendar days; the planned commencement date is October 10, 2025, and the planned completion date is September 29, 2027.
