The project proposes to construct two high-rise factory buildings, a two-story switchgear substation, and a one-level underground basement.
The project occupies a site area of 9,784.26 square meters, with a total floor area of 29,648.98 square meters, comprising two production buildings and one standalone switchgear building. Specifically, Building No. 1 consists of a podium and a main tower: the podium has three floors with a floor area of 2,046.24 square meters, while the main tower has ten floors with a floor area of 11,243.54 square meters. Building No. 2 comprises a production facility and a connecting corridor: the production facility has seven floors with a floor area of 9,551.54 square meters, and the connecting corridor is located on the 23rd floor with a floor area of 572.68 square meters. Building No. 3 is a switchgear building with a floor area of 110.72 square meters. The basement has one level, and the above-ground floor area totals 6,124.26 square meters.
Basement: The underground parking facility provides 148 motor vehicle spaces, including 79 standard spaces, 23 charging spaces (including 4 fast-charging spaces), and 46 mechanical parking spaces.
