Construction Scale: This project comprises three office buildings (Building No. 1, Building No. 2 with its podium, and Building No. 3 with its podium), one switchgear substation, one finished-garbage storage building, a basement-level, excavated, dual-use (civil defense and non-civil defense) Class-A civil defense facility, as well as associated installation works and outdoor supporting facilities.

The total building area is 51,325.4 square meters, with 36,975.15 square meters above ground and 14,350.25 square meters in the basement, including 3,857.35 square meters of civil defense space. The building comprises 11 floors of office space above ground, a 2-floor podium, a 1-floor switchgear room and refuse room, and a 1-floor basement (with some sections extending to 2 floors). The tallest structure is the office tower, reaching a height of 45.6 meters. The structural system is a frame structure.
