The hotel comprises 11 floors, with a floor-to-floor height of 7.0 m for the first floor and 4.2 m for the standard floors, yielding an overall building height of 66.9 m. The commercial space occupies three floors above ground, with a building height of 17.45 m. The architectural datum (±0.000) corresponds to an absolute elevation of 6.900 m, and the design service life is 50 years.
