Zhejiang Mingjing Holding Group: Pre-New Year Safety Inspection by Project Teams to Strengthen the Year-End Safety Defense
As the Spring Festival draws nearer, Zhejiang Mingjing Holding Group Co., Ltd. has responded proactively to the call for workplace safety by organizing a comprehensive and in-depth safety inspection of all project offices, with the aim of ensuring safety and stability during this critical period at the year’s end and the start of the new year. The initiative seeks to promptly identify and eliminate potential safety hazards, strengthen employees’ safety awareness, and lay a solid foundation for safe production in the coming year.
I. Careful Planning and Establishment of a Professional Inspection Team
To ensure the orderly conduct of the comprehensive safety inspection, the Group has established a special inspection team led by senior corporate management, spearheaded by the Safety Management Department, and comprising technical experts from various specialized fields. The team covers multiple disciplines, including construction engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical equipment, and fire safety, thereby guaranteeing that the inspection is thorough, meticulous, and leaves no area unexamined.
II. Go to the Front Lines and Conduct a Comprehensive Inspection for Safety Hazards
The inspection team conducted thorough on-site inspections at the construction sites of each project department, paying close attention to critical areas and key processes.

(1) Safety Protection at the Construction Site
The inspection team focused on verifying that site safety protection facilities, such as guardrails, safety nets, and scaffolding, comply with relevant standards and are securely and reliably installed.

(2) Safety Status of Mechanical Equipment
A comprehensive inspection was conducted on large construction machinery at the job site, including tower cranes, construction elevators, and material hoists. The inspection focused on verifying that all safety devices were complete and functional, that equipment was operating normally, and that regular maintenance, servicing, and inspections were being carried out. Inspectors then turned their attention to concrete mixers, meticulously examining each component and leaving no detail overlooked.

(3) Electrical Safety and Fire Protection Facilities
The inspection team conducted a thorough examination of the temporary electrical wiring, distribution boxes, and switchgear at the construction site to ensure that the electrical system complies with the “three-level distribution and two-level protection” requirements and the “one machine, one breaker, one residual-current device, and one enclosure” principle. In addition, a comprehensive review was carried out of fire safety measures, including fire access routes, fire water sources, and the availability of fire-fighting equipment.

(4) Personnel Operational Behavior and Safety Education
The inspection team also examined the operational practices of workers, with a particular focus on violations such as failing to wear safety harnesses during work at heights and conducting hot work without completing the required approval procedures. In addition, through on-site interviews and review of training records, the team assessed the implementation of safety education and training within the project department. The inspectors found that some newly hired employees were unfamiliar with safety operating procedures and urged the project department to strengthen safety training for new hires, ensuring that every employee acquires a thorough understanding of and proficiency in safety knowledge and skills.

III. Strengthen Rectification to Ensure Closed-Loop Management of Potential Hazards
In response to the issues and potential hazards identified during the inspection, the inspection team put forward on-site corrective recommendations and developed detailed remediation measures and a corresponding implementation timetable. All project offices were required to designate specific persons in charge and set clear deadlines for rectification to ensure that these hazards are promptly eliminated. At the same time, the inspection team established a follow-up mechanism for monitoring hazard remediation, conducting regular re-inspections to verify that all corrective actions have been fully implemented, thereby achieving closed-loop management. In the project office’s conference room, the inspection team sat together with the project manager to jointly discuss the remediation plan, with inspection records and the remediation schedule laid out on the table.

IV. Summary and Improvement: Strengthening Safety Awareness Education
Following the conclusion of the comprehensive safety inspection, the Group convened a summary meeting to conduct a thorough review of the inspection work. The meeting underscored the paramount importance of workplace safety and instructed all project offices to take this inspection as an opportunity to further strengthen safety management, refine the safety management system, and elevate the overall level of safety oversight. In addition, the meeting mandated that each project office enhance safety awareness training for employees by organizing safety workshops, drills, and other related activities, thereby improving staff awareness and their ability to protect themselves. In the company’s conference room, attendees listened attentively to the proceedings and took notes from time to time.

V. Looking Ahead: Continuously Strengthening the Security Defense
Safe production is the cornerstone of enterprise development. Taking this pre‑New Year safety inspection of project offices as a new starting point, the Group will continue to adhere to the principle of “safety first, prevention-oriented, and comprehensive management,” continuously strengthen safety production management, refine the safety management system, and elevate the level of safety management. At the same time, the Group will further enhance communication and collaboration with government regulatory authorities, industry associations, and other relevant entities to jointly promote sustained stability and continuous improvement in the safety production situation within the construction industry.
