Recently, the Linjiang Industrial Neighborhood Center Project—Document No. 16 of 2023 issued by the Hangzhou Qiantang District Construction Authority—undertaken by our company, Zhejiang Mingjin Construction Co., Ltd., successfully completed its completion filing, marking a significant milestone in the integrated development of industry and urban areas in Hangzhou’s Qiantang District. Since construction commenced, the project has been entrusted with the critical mission of addressing housing challenges for employees within the industrial park and enhancing the region’s ecosystem of industry–city integration. Its successful completion now signifies a solid step forward for Qiantang District in attracting industrial talent and promoting high-quality regional development. The project was also awarded the Hangzhou Municipal Construction Engineering Structural Quality Award for the second half of 2024.

Precise planning to create high-quality living spaces
The Linjiang Industrial Neighborhood Center project is located in Linjiang Subdistrict, Qiantang District, Hangzhou, bordering Bingtuan Road to the east and extending south to Weiwu Fifth Road, enjoying a prime geographic location. The project covers a total land area of 47,608.00 square meters, with a total floor area of 190,335.76 square meters, including 142,823.50 square meters above ground and 47,512.26 square meters underground. This large-scale development is designed to provide park employees with a comfortable and convenient living environment.
The project has been meticulously planned and developed to include six 19-story dormitory buildings, two 17-story dormitory buildings, one three-story ancillary public building, and a corresponding podium structure, along with a single-level basement. In total, the development will provide 3,016 housing units, comprising 560 family units and 2,456 double-occupancy dorm rooms, thereby meeting the accommodation needs of 6,500 employees. The diverse range of housing types has been carefully designed to address the varied living requirements of different employees, ensuring that both families and single employees can find a comfortable and welcoming home here.

Looking back on the project’s construction journey, every critical milestone reflects the hard work and collective wisdom of the builders. The project officially broke ground on September 25, 2023, and, under the meticulous organization and efficient execution of the construction team, all tasks progressed in an orderly and well-coordinated manner. On November 23, 2023, the pile foundation works were successfully completed, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent main structural construction. On June 11, 2024, the main structure was fully topped out, marking a significant phased achievement in the project’s development. Finally, on March 7, 2025, the project successfully completed its completion filing, achieving the construction objectives ahead of schedule.

During the project construction, Zhejiang Mingjin Construction Co., Ltd., as the contractor, fully leveraged its technical and managerial strengths.
