Employees representing the Group headquarters, its subsidiary Zhejiang Mingjin Construction Co., Ltd., and various project offices traveled together to Xishuangbanna for a five-day journey of natural and cultural exploration.

Employees from the Group headquarters, its subsidiary Zhejiang Mingjin Construction Co., Ltd., and various project offices gathered in Xishuangbanna for a five-day journey of natural and cultural exploration.
Xishuangbanna, with its unique tropical rainforest ecosystem and rich cultural diversity, lent a special meaning to this team-building event. At the Xishuangbanna Tropical Botanical Garden of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, employees wandered among rare and exotic plants, experiencing the vibrant vitality of life, broadening their horizons, and inspiring new ways of thinking; meanwhile, in the Wild Elephant Valley, the graceful presence of Asian elephants deepened everyone’s understanding of the importance of harmonious coexistence between humans and nature, further strengthening their awareness of ecological conservation.
The grand festivities of the Dai Ethnic Group’s Water-Splashing Festival served as a catalyst for team integration. Employees from different departments and roles, amid joyful splashes of water and exuberant dances, broke down barriers, deepened mutual understanding, and forged a powerful sense of team cohesion.
