To ensure that all projects can swiftly commence construction in optimal condition in the new year, the company organized a two-day post-holiday resumption inspection from Friday, February 21, to Saturday, February 22. The purpose of this inspection is to conduct a comprehensive review of safety hazards, enhance project management, and lay a solid foundation for the safe, efficient, and orderly advancement of all projects.

I. Comprehensive inspection coverage, with simultaneous emphasis on safety and quality

This inspection covered all ongoing projects under Mingjing Holdings, with a comprehensive and highly targeted scope that primarily encompassed the following aspects:

Comprehensive Safety Inspection: The inspection team will conduct a thorough examination of critical safety facilities, including large-scale construction machinery (such as tower cranes and construction elevators), temporary electrical systems, and temporarily enclosed openings. The team will meticulously verify the operational status of equipment, maintenance records, and safety performance to ensure that all equipment operates safely and reliably, thereby effectively preventing the occurrence of various safety incidents.

Personnel Training and Education Audit: The inspection team focused on verifying whether management personnel have received training in quality, safety, and civilized construction practices and hold valid training certificates. In addition, the team reviewed whether all workers have undergone pre-shift education and technical briefing prior to entering the construction site, ensuring that each employee fully understands their assigned tasks, safety precautions, and emergency response procedures, thereby enhancing overall safety awareness.

Verification of the Implementation of Progress-Meeting Measures: In response to the schedule delays identified during the previous inspection, the inspection team will focus this time on verifying the implementation of the corresponding corrective measures.
