The Neighborhood Center project is operated by the Affordable Housing Management Company, a subsidiary of the Qiantang District Urban Development Group. In August 2023, it was incorporated into the affordable rental housing management system, with a total of 3,016 units available for dedicated rental to enterprises within the Linjiang High-Tech Industrial Park, thereby addressing the housing needs of employees following the relocation of the park’s centrally provided dormitory facilities.
The delegation of city leaders conducted a comprehensive on-site inspection of the Linjiang Neighborhood Center project, examining its building scale, floor area ratio, green space ratio, commencement and completion dates, construction progress, and quality and safety performance. Through this field-based guidance and assessment, the city leaders gained a more direct and holistic understanding of the actual conditions of our company’s Linjiang Neighborhood Center project.
