Stay True to Our Original Aspiration and Embark on a New Journey; Sail Together and Write a New Chapter

　　On this beautiful occasion of the transition from autumn to winter, coinciding with the convening of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the Hezhuang Police Station held a comprehensive meeting this afternoon on work safety and management of the floating population. The meeting was attended by station leaders, village grid workers, heads and safety officers of construction sites within the jurisdiction, and other relevant personnel.

　　The leadership of the police station first affirmed the achievements of the previous phase of work, while also identifying existing problems and weak links, and put forward new expectations and requirements for the next phase.

　　The meeting called on all participants to elevate their political awareness and strengthen the implementation of responsibilities. It emphasized the need to unite as one, work diligently, and ensure that current efforts in workplace safety, epidemic prevention and control, management of the floating population, and prevention of mass incidents are carried out effectively and thoroughly. The comprehensive promotion of the installation and use of the National Anti-Fraud Center app and the integrated management and convenience contact card was also mandated, with these measures to be included as part of performance evaluations. In managing the floating population, the principle of “register upon arrival, cancel registration upon departure” must be strictly adhered to. At the same time, all individuals are required to refrain from gambling, excessive drinking, drug abuse, theft, false reporting of emergencies, and malicious harassment of the 110 emergency hotline—any such illegal behavior will result in immediate detention. Furthermore, work must be planned in advance, with a heightened sense of predictive analysis, so that problems can be nipped in the bud.

　　All participants unanimously stated that we must align our thinking and actions with the spirit of today’s meeting. We must unite as one, accurately identify our position, set higher standards, take proactive steps, and shoulder our mission. In staying true to our original aspiration, we will demonstrate loyalty; in keeping our mission firmly in mind, we will uphold integrity; and in faithfully performing our duties and responsibilities, we will embody a sense of responsibility.
