On the afternoon of June 28, Hu Guowei, Deputy District Mayor of Qiantang District, visited the construction site of Section 1 of Phase IV (the Initial Development Block) of the Yipeng Relocation Housing Project to inspect the progress of the resettlement housing complex. Relevant officials from Hangzhou Qiantang New Area Construction Investment Group Co., Ltd. and Hangzhou Qiantang Anju Development Group Co., Ltd. also attended the visit.

On the afternoon of June 28, Hu Guowei, Deputy District Mayor of Qiantang District, visited the construction site of Section 1 of Phase IV (the Initial Development Block) of the Yipeng Relocation Housing Project to inspect the progress of the resettlement housing complex. Relevant officials from Hangzhou Qiantang New Area Construction Investment Group Co., Ltd. and Hangzhou Qiantang Anju Development Group Co., Ltd., among others, attended the visit.
Hu Guowei and his delegation conducted an on-site inspection of the project’s construction progress, listened to a briefing from the project office, and gained a detailed understanding of such matters as the design of resettlement housing units, construction quality, current progress, and the subsequent construction schedule. They commended the project office for its performance to date and emphasized that, while accelerating construction progress, it is essential to continue ensuring safe and civilized site practices and environmental remediation, rigorously implement all aspects of on-site management, and maintain sustained efforts to guarantee timely completion of the project.


The EPC general contracting project for Lot 1 of Phase IV (Initiation Block) of the Yipeng Relocation Housing Development is located in Yipeng Subdistrict, covering a land area of 45,286 square meters and a total floor area of 197,712.94 square meters, of which 126,800.8 square meters are above ground and 70,912.14 square meters are underground. The plot ratio is 2.8, and the green space ratio is 35%. The project comprises 11 high-rise buildings ranging from 26 to 27 stories and 4 ancillary service buildings, providing a total of 1,112 residential units in various configurations—70, 90, 120, and 140 square meters—and includes 1,716 parking spaces for motor vehicles. Construction commenced in November 2022, with completion and acceptance of all works scheduled for January 2025.

Our goal is to ensure that the construction of the resettlement area proceeds with “high standards, high efficiency, and high quality,” thereby truly helping residents realize their dream of stable and comfortable housing.
