Strengthen the Foundation, Build Strongholds, and Enhance Vitality through Joint Party Building

On the morning of March 21, 2022, a delegation of 18 members from the Third Institute of Industrial Engineering of China United Engineering Corporation, led by Comrade Liu Zhijuan, Secretary of the Party Branch, and Comrade Xu Weimin, Project Manager, visited the conference room of the Phase III, Lot 1 project office for the Hezhuang Relocation Housing Project to carry out a joint party-building activity. A total of 15 Party members and management personnel from the project office attended the meeting, which was chaired by Comrade Li Yongjun, Secretary of the Party Branch of the Phase III, Lot 1 project office for the Hezhuang Relocation Housing Project.

At the meeting, Comrade Yao Zhanghuan, in charge of Party building within the project, began by presenting an overview of the project’s Party branch, highlighting its distinctive practices, the tangible results achieved, and the planned approaches and measures for future work. Party members from both sides then engaged in exchanges and interactive discussions. Comrade Liu Zhijuan, Secretary of the Party Branch of the Third Institute of Industrial Engineering at China Engineering Corporation, and Project Manager Comrade Xu Weimin each delivered remarks, commending the achievements made in the project’s Party-building efforts while also articulating their expectations and requirements for future work. Attendees unanimously agreed that such exchanges and interactions would undoubtedly provide valuable guidance and strong impetus for future endeavors.
Finally, Comrade Yang Yaru, Project Manager of Hezhuang, expressed high hopes for and set forth specific requirements regarding Party building. We must take this joint Party-building initiative as an opportunity to strengthen our platforms and venues, highlight Party-building elements, and strive to achieve “four new developments”: raising the current work to a new level, presenting a new look in team building, achieving new breakthroughs in internal management, and fostering new progress in self-improvement. In doing so, we will offer a meaningful gift to the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China through concrete actions and make new and greater contributions!
