Project Update (2): Shunfa, Dixiang Mingyuan

The Shunfa Dixiang Mingyuan project site is located on the south bank of the Beitang River in Xiaoshan District, with Jinji Road to the east and Chengbei Primary School to the west. It lies north of the newly constructed Boxue Road and comprises one 26-story high-rise building, three 27-story high-rise buildings, and a partial one-level underground parking garage, for a total construction area of 100,784 square meters—97,613.70 square meters above ground and 16,851 square meters underground. The architectural and structural design was undertaken by Zhejiang Southeast Architectural Design Co., Ltd., while the enclosure structure was designed by the Zhejiang Provincial Central Geotechnical Engineering Exploration Institute. Hangzhou Tiangong Construction Supervision Co., Ltd. provided full-process supervision throughout the construction phase. The building is classified as Grade II, with a design service life of 50 years, a fire-resistance rating of Class I, and an seismic fortification intensity of Grade VI. Both the roof and the basement waterproofing are rated as Grade II, and the structural system is a frame–shear wall configuration. The quality objective for this project is to strive for the “West Lake Cup” award for high-quality construction, while the safety objective is to achieve the title of “Provincial-Level” Model Site for Safe and Civilized Construction. Current project progress is as follows: 1. Construction on the high-rise buildings is currently suspended; localized repairs are underway, and 90% of the scaffolding within the atrium has been dismantled. 2. The tiled roof work is essentially complete. 3. Insulation installation for the townhouses has been completed. 4. Slope leveling for the townhouses has been finished. 5. Approximately 50% of the townhouse flooring has been completed. Site photos taken in October 2012.

The project quality objective is to strive for the “West Lake Cup” for high-quality projects, and the safety objective is to strive for the “Provincial-Level” Model Site for Safety and Civilization.
The current project progress is as follows:
