On the afternoon of August 25, the “Brilliant Jiangdong: Shared Success and Win-Win—Yipeng Shopping Center Investment Promotion and Signing Ceremony,” hosted by Hangzhou Jiayun Real Estate Co., Ltd. and supported by the Yipeng Subdistrict Office, was grandly inaugurated at the gymnasium of the No. 9 Middle School in Yipeng Subdistrict. At this investment promotion conference, Mr. Jin Ming, Director of the Yipeng Subdistrict Office, provided a brief overview of Yipeng’s political, economic, and cultural landscape, followed by a detailed analysis of the necessity for developing the large-scale commercial complex—the Yipeng Shopping Center—and expressed his best wishes for the early opening of the Yipeng Shopping Center.

Currently, the project is advancing rapidly: by September 15, the main structural work will be fully topped out; the next phase will focus on interior finishing and fire safety installation; the exterior curtain wall cladding will be completed before the Spring Festival, with no scaffolding remaining; the farmers’ market will commence trial operations during the Spring Festival period; delivery of the residential units is targeted for end-June next year; and full commercial opening is scheduled for October 1 next year.

Mr. Chen Jianhong, Executive Deputy General Manager of Yipeng Shopping Center Asset Management Company, delivered a detailed briefing to the attending leaders and guests on the establishment of the company, as well as on the overall business mix and layout of Yipeng Shopping Center, the progress of tenant acquisition, advertising and promotional activities, and future management strategies.

Mr. Cheng Weiming, a renowned real estate expert and well-known industry figure, also attended the event as a special guest. He took to the stage to brief the leaders and guests present on the current state of the property market and emphasized that investing in commercial properties and retail spaces is a wise choice.

During the event, Mr. Shi Xiaobo, General Manager of Yipeng Shopping Center Asset Management Company, signed franchise agreements on-site with brands including Baihuituo, Anta, and Qiushuiyiren.
