Release time:
2012-04-13
To further strengthen corporate culture, enhance organizational cohesion, and foster better communication among employees, the company has decided to organize a three-day tour to Xiamen. At 5:20 a.m. on April 6, all employees gathered at the company premises and boarded a chartered bus bound for the airport, departing from Yipeng. The itinerary includes six key destinations: the Former Residence of Chen Jiageng, a scenic drive around Kinmen Island, Gulangyu Island, the Hulishan Fort, Nanputuo Temple, and Xiamen University. This trip provides an excellent opportunity for employees to relax both physically and mentally, while also serving as a valuable learning experience outside the office. Most importantly, it underscores the Group’s commitment to caring for its workforce by integrating team spirit into the activities—and, even more so, by cultivating a vibrant, united, and motivated atmosphere among all staff.
