Decision on the Renewal Accreditation as a “Contract-Abiding and Credit-Keeping Unit” with Credit Ratings of Grade A and Grade AA among Zhejiang Provincial Industrial and Commercial Enterprises

Xiaoshan Branch of Hangzhou Municipal Administration for Industry and Commerce Hangzhou Xiaoshan District Enterprise Contract Management Association Hangzhou Administration for Industry and Commerce, Xiaoshan (2011) No. 45 Decision on the Renewal of Recognition as “Zhejiang Provincial Industrial and Commercial Enterprise Credit Grade A and AA ‘Contract-Abiding and Credit-Keeping’ Units” To all Sub-bureaus of Industry and Commerce, all Departments of the Agency, all Affiliated Units, and all Relevant Enterprises: In accordance with the Provisions of the Measures for the Administration of the Recognition of “Contract-Abiding and Credit-Keeping” Units under the Zhejiang Provincial Industrial and Commercial Enterprise Credit Rating System, and following procedures including voluntary applications by enterprises, credit-software assessments, on-site spot checks and evaluations, solicitation of opinions from relevant departments, and public announcement, it has been decided to renew the recognition of the titles of “Zhejiang Provincial Industrial and Commercial Enterprise Credit Grade A ‘Contract-Abiding and Credit-Keeping’ Unit” for 73 enterprises, including Hangzhou Jiahang Filter Co., Ltd., and the title of “Zhejiang Provincial Industrial and Commercial Enterprise Credit Grade AA ‘Contract-Abiding and Credit-Keeping’ Unit” for 28 enterprises, including Zhejiang Yongxiang Cable Group Co., Ltd. The validity period of such recognition shall be three years, commencing from the date of issuance of this document. It is hoped that the enterprises whose recognitions have been renewed will remain modest and diligent, continue to make further efforts, further enhance the modernization of their contract credit management, constantly elevate the level of their contract credit management, operate in compliance with the law and honor their contractual obligations in good faith, and thereby make greater contributions to promoting enterprise credit building and advancing the sustained and healthy development of our district’s economy.
