Industrial Plant Renovation and Expansion Project of Hangzhou Weilijie Travel Goods Co., Ltd.
Introduction: The industrial plant renovation and expansion project of Hangzhou Weilijie Travel Supplies Co., Ltd. is a new construction project located at No. 995, 16th Avenue, Qiantang District, Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province. The total land area of this project is 4,500 square meters, with a total floor area of 30,896.00 square meters. The building comprises one basement level and 12 above-ground floors. Building No. 1 (the new factory building) has 26,297 square meters above ground and 4,480 square meters underground; the waste disposal room covers 43 square meters, and the guardhouse spans 76 square meters. The structural safety grade is Level 2, the design service life is 50 years, the seismic fortification intensity is Grade 6, and both the foundation design grade and the pile foundation design grade are Class A. Quality Objective: Ensure “Qiantang Cup” award. Features and Highlights: 1. This project makes extensive use of new materials and technologies, including reinforced concrete technology, formwork and scaffolding technology, MEP installation engineering technology, green construction techniques, waterproofing and energy-saving envelope systems, information technology, as well as multiple specialized contractors, all under tight construction schedules and stringent quality requirements. 2. For challenging sections, pre-layout is performed on computers using CAD to calculate detailed dimensions for each component, ensuring strict adherence to these calculations during construction. 3. All sub-projects, such as the foundation and main structure, have passed inspection on the first attempt; the concrete structures exhibit excellent internal strength and aesthetic appearance, with fully filled mortar joints in the masonry; and the building settlement is uniform and stable.

Section 1 of the EPC General Contracting for Phase IV (Initiation Block) of Yipeng Relocation Housing
Project Location: Northeastern side of the intersection of Yipeng Middle Road and Tangxin Line, Yipeng Subdistrict, Qiantang District, Hangzhou City Scope of Work (Lot 1): Total building area of 197,793.80 m², comprising 11 main buildings, 4 ancillary buildings, and one basement level (Buildings No. 1 through No. 15 and the basement). This project is designated as a two-star green building and will be constructed using prefabricated methods in accordance with industrialized construction requirements.
Phase II of Phase IV of the Hezhuang Relocation Housing Project
The underground levels comprise two storeys, while the above-ground portion consists of 27 residential buildings and associated podium structures. The total land area is 133,743 square meters, with a total gross floor area of 555,868 square meters, of which 331,529 square meters are counted for floor area ratio purposes. The underground area totals 224,339 square meters, and the elevated ground-level area (not included in the floor area ratio) is 8,860.85 square meters. Building density, floor area ratio, and green space ratio are balanced across the two contract sections as a whole. For the kindergarten site: the total land area is 9,049 square meters, the total gross floor area is 14,653.23 square meters, the above-ground floor area counted for floor area ratio is 8,219.86 square meters, the basement floor area is 6,433.37 square meters, the footprint is 2,700 square meters, the building density is 30%, the floor area ratio is 0.91, the green space area is 3,168 square meters, the kindergarten comprises 18 classes, and the building height is 13.95 meters.

Overview: The underground levels comprise two storeys, while the above-ground portion consists of 11 residential buildings and associated podium structures. The total land area is 39,727 square meters, with a total floor area of 216,850 square meters, of which 154,181 square meters is gross floor area above ground. The underground floor area totals 62,669 square meters, and the elevated ground-level area (not included in the gross floor area) is 4,663 square meters.

Nine-Year Integrated School Supporting Phase III of the Relocation Housing in Hezhuang Subdistrict
The supporting nine-year integrated school for Phase III of the resettlement housing project in Hezhuang Subdistrict is located at the northwest corner of the intersection of Qingxi Fourth Road and the planned road in Qiantang District, Hangzhou. The project has a total floor area of approximately 81,966 square meters, with about 52,758 square meters above ground and about 29,208 square meters underground. The building complex includes a primary school and ancillary facilities, administrative offices, community service facilities, sports and recreation venues, an underground parking garage, and landscape and greening areas.
