Project Overview The Linzheng Chuchu [2019] No. 26 land parcel project is located in Lin’an District, Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province. It is bounded by Huanbei Branch Road to the east, Chengbei First Road to the south, Chengbei Second Branch Road to the west, and Wusu Street to the north. The total floor area of this project is 67,352.61 square meters, with one basement level. Above ground, there are five 20-story high-rise residential buildings, each with one basement level. The foundation system consists of pile foundations or shallow foundations, while the superstructure adopts a cast-in-place reinforced concrete shear wall system for the high-rise main buildings and a cast-in-place reinforced concrete frame system for the two-story standalone commercial units.

Project Overview: The Apparel and Accessories Production Logistics Construction Project is located on the Qiaonan Plot of the Development Zone. Upon completion, it will be an industrial building with a total floor area of 91,116.09 square meters. The project comprises Building A, Building B, a reception and fire control room, and a gatehouse. The foundation cushion layer is constructed using C15 concrete. The basement foundation slab, columns, and wall panels are cast in C35 waterproof concrete with a waterproofing grade of P6. The masonry walls are built using MU10 sintered shale porous bricks laid with M7.5 mortar.
