Building No. 1 (the new factory building) has 26,297 square meters above ground and 4,480 square meters underground; the waste disposal room covers 43 square meters, and the guardhouse spans 76 square meters. The structural safety grade is Level 2, the design service life is 50 years, the seismic fortification intensity is Grade 6, and both the foundation design grade and the pile foundation design grade are Class A.
